This year I have dedicated a bit of time shooting inside some of the most amazing families’ homes and I am loving it.
I feel grateful that families have invited me to be part of their day and capture them in a very raw, intimate way.

Lifestyle sessions are quickly becoming one of my favorite things to do. These sessions are done in the morning, for optimal lighting and the calm and quiet of a fresh day starting out.

The Parcell Family welcomed their twins a couple of months before I went to their house to do their session. The babies had to stay in the NICU for several weeks, and once they went home, the doctor gave them order to not leave the house unless very necessary. A lifestyle session was perfect for that, because they didnt have to come to the studio for pictures. Instead, I went over and spent a few hours with them in the morning, I even helped feed and change them 🙂

You know, twins is not something new to me. I am mother of twin girls and being able to be with another family bringing home twin newborn, it just takes me down memory lane and it’s a sweet feeling! Love love love twins!!!

Jenica did an amazing job decorating the nursery. I love the details, colors scheme and heirloom accents. No wonder she has a super fun fashion blog to follow.  www.asliceofstyle.com . She knows her thing!
I loved spending time with this family.
