Will I have extra time to setup and take down?
No. the amount of time you purchase/reserve already includes your time to setup and take down.
let your vendors know about the times so they can also comply to it. please leave the space the same or better than you found it. boxes, paper backdrops, decor, flowers, balloons etc should be disposed properly. don't leave any personal item behind.

is there any lighting equipment available for use?
Not at the moment. You must bring your own lights, TRIPODS and modifiers if you wish to use anything besides natural available light.

is there furniture available for use?
some furniture such as couches, benches, stools, chairs and small props is available to use during your rental time if it's placed in the open studio space. anything in the storage are may not be used.
do not drag furniture across the floor. put furniture back where you found it.

What is the best time of the day for natural light?
the space is west facing, FEATURING a full wall with windows as well and the store front doorS and more windows on the south SIDE. early afternoon has softer lighting. later afternoon has direct sun light. curtain throughout will provide plenty diffusion and expansion of light.

can i bring food into the space?
if you are booking the space for a photoshoot, please let us know about your plans of bringing food into the studio beforehand. be mindful of the furniture. do not let children or adults eat on couches or spill drink on the floor. be respectful.
also remember to dispose all food scraps from the studio when you leave to avoid bugs.
for events, you may bring any food already prepared. out kitchen is a serving kitchen only. not a prep kitchen.

are there chairs and tables available?
we have 4 white foldable tables and 24 foldable chairs available to any client booking 1+ hour of space rental. if you need more chairs or tables we are happy to provide a list of our preferred vendors to rent more.

how many people can I fit in the space?
comfortably, we can fit 25-30 people seated, or 50 people standing.
for yoga or fitness classes and workshops, we can fit approx 30 people seated on the floor with a mat.

CAn I hang things on the walls?
only painters tape is allowed to be used on the walls to hang decor, backdrop etc. If you have a specific need, please discuss with our team in advance.

are pets allowed?
yes with prior notice only. if you did not request to bring a dog, horse or snake, you may not do so.

is vaping, smoking or drugs allowed?
no. vaping, smoking or drugs are NOT allowed in the space.

is alcohol allowed?
only with proper license and upon prior request.

CANCELlATION policy:
hourly space rental only: 48 hours notice required for cancellation or reschedule if another time is available. no refunds.
hourly blocks space rental: 7 day notice required for cancellation or reschedule if another time is available. no refunds.

only one photographer/videographer allowed per appointment. if you wish to do styled shoots or group shoots, inquire for custom pricing.

you are responsible to lock up after you use the space.
