We began discussing options for her session – what she could wear, the look we were going for, and the feeling we’d be creating. As she arrived and we began to capture her powerful studio maternity portraits, I knew we had hit the nail on the head with this one. Gabriela is definitely powerful, beautiful, and incredible. And her portraits are a reflection of the incredible woman and mother she is!

Powerful Studio Maternity Portraits

I absolutely LOVE the handful of glam inspired maternity portraits I’ve had here in the studio lately. I am all about creating portraits that help the mamas I work with feel strong and powerful. Pregnancy isn’t always the most easy (or graceful) thing that we do in our lives, but I still think it should be celebrated. These high-end fashion portraits are a great chance to capture something truly special from your pregnancy.

For Gabriela’s studio maternity portraits, we had two main themes: light and dark. We began her session with an all-white backdrop and a simple white wrap for her. As the session progressed, we were able to use some dramatic black outfits including a gorgeous form fitting dress. She looked stunning in everything! And so confident. I was just blown away by how incredibly confident she was. Gabriela, I feel so honored that you trusted me to bring your vision to life for you!
