Congratulations to Harrison’s parents and family! This year, I’ve photographed THREE babies from this family – two of Harrison’s older cousins (including Baby Logan) and now him. What a lucky family! 2020 has surely been their year. Harrison’s grandmother reached out with me to book the session and connected me with his parents. We began planning a classic and simple newborn session for him in my Holladay studio. I was so happy when the day arrived and I got to meet him and his parents for his cream & sage newborn portraits!
Cream & Sage Newborn Portraits
For Harrison’s portraits, we decided on a super sweet cream & sage color scheme. It was absolutely perfect for this little guy! I found a few props in the studio that went with the colors including my favorite tiny bed and the pail he’s in. I love finding really sweet ways for these babies to lay and pose during their sessions! We made sure to grab some photos of him with his mom and dad. I love the simple back shirts they wore, which made Baby Harrison stand out even more in their arms. I just LOVE those moments. Seeing new parents hold their baby in the studio always makes me smile. There’s something so special about these early days with your littlest love.
If you’re wondering whether or not newborn portraits are worth the investment, I promise you they are. Your baby’s first days go by so quickly. Trust me when I say, you don’t want to forget any of them. And the chance to capture them in the moments where they’ll be their tiniest and most curled up will pass even faster. So reach out today so we can get you on the calendar and you can remember your tiny little baby forever!
